Returns

RETURNS POLICY

Scents of Paradise is dedicated to providing you with great service. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to contact us within 7 days of your order being received. We will then provide a return address and authorisation code which you must include in your parcel. 

We strongly advise that you retain proof of posting, as we are not liable for any missing parcels, so please keep your receipt for returns. 

 

All items are to be returned:

- unused

- in their original packaging

- in re-saleable condition

 

Any items which show signs of wear will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items are returned as outlined here.

Sale items are non-refundable.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If a faulty item has been received, please contact us within 3 working days and we will assist you further. Faulty products can be exchanged for the same item (subject to stock), refunded or replaced with a store voucher. The options offered to each customer will be based on each individual circumstance and is at the discretion of the team.


Items that have been purposely damaged will not be accepted or issued a refund. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) using the same method of payment. 

 

 

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS


Postage for returns are non-refundable.

Underpaid postage costs will not be paid by us so please ensure the correct amount has been attached to the parcel. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back to the customer by the courier and it having to be re-sent all over again - meaning, more costs for the customer. Please take care when returning items.

We strongly advise that you retain proof of posting, as we are not liable for any missing parcels, so please keep your receipt for returns. 

 

OVERSEAS RETURNS

The same procedures apply for overseas returns. Customers have 14 working days to return any item(s).

Once received, we will issue you a refund within 7 working days. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

We will need to be contacted within 3 working days of any faulty items received. 


Please note that overseas returns must state on the CN22 that the items in the package you are sending back are for a return/refund. Scents of Paradise does not pay or cover any custom charges. This will result in your parcel being returned to you and lost money spent in postage for the customer.
